New Net Zero Headquarters and Production Facility for Parvalux

Parvalux New Headquarters & Production Facility

A company specialising in manufacturing electric motors to a worldwide audience – required a new state-of-the-art headquarters and production facility for their operations. The new facility was proposed in response to record demand for Parvalux drive products, and a long-held desire by the company to improve production efficiency and sustainability.

Jade-Aden was selected for the project based on their previous working relationships with other large locally based businesses, as well as their ability to bring in a mainly local, specialist, sub-contract supply chain to maintain quality and delivery throughout.

Completion by Summer 2023

It’s anticipated that the new headquarters and production facility will be fully operational by the Summer of 2023, and the overall building design will facilitate decades of future expansion for Parvalux within the Poole location, ensuring their long-term commitment to the area.

The state-of-the-art production facility will be carbon neutral incorporating many renewable technologies, including one of the largest photo voltaic arrays to be put onto a single building in the South of England. This system will generate the electricity required to heat and light the whole building.
