Jade Aden was tasked with the construction of an eight-unit development at Enterprise Park, just off the A35 near Dorchester. Perfectly located for businesses that have dealings across Dorset, Enterprise Park is well connected to Poole and Bournemouth to the east, Bridport to the west and Blandford Forum to the north.

Featuring a brick outer with the addition of Moorland Green cladding to the upper levels, Enterprise Park had to be sympathetically designed to fit in with its green surroundings. Natural daylight and energy efficiency were other key elements of the brief.

The Project

Started in September 2021 and completed in May 2022, the Enterprise Park development was all about offering modern, low maintenance buildings at a competitive cost. With project management handled in house and with a team of construction experts across all sectors, Jade Aden covered all bases of the development.

Materials used

A steel portal frame, steel clad façade and steel clad roof demanded the expertise of our structural steel team, while the addition of a power floated concrete floor was looked after by our concreting specialists. Our interiors team installed a unisex disabled WC, while our groundwork team completed the allocated parking area.
