About Jade-Aden Services

Who are we?

Jade-Aden Services is the South’s structural steel and cladding specialist – we’ve been completing projects in Dorset, Devon and further afield for over 30 years.

Our long-standing presence in the local area is something we are particularly proud of – in fact, there are few areas nearby that you won’t find one of our completed projects in! We believe that the key to our success is the in-house training we provide to our hand-selected team.

When it comes to recruiting team members to work on your project, we favour personality, strong work ethic, and experience over qualifications – daily work on site is hard, so a strong will and solid drive are the most important traits to ensure success.

We’ve found this to be a winning recipe for finding a team of contractors we are proud of, and who never fail to deliver projects which exceed our client's expectations.

All Jade-Aden Services' own company facilities are ‘A’ Rated for energy use, with a goal of becoming Carbon Neutral before 2030.

Sustainability

Sustainability

Developing projects sustainably is extremely important to us at Jade-Aden Services.

Our design teams have successfully delivered numerous highly efficient facilities for end users thanks to the following:

  • Using thermal modelling and combinations of renewable technologies
  • Highly efficient lighting and heating methods
  • Recycled and low-maintenance products with high-performing thermal efficiency

Achieving our goals

During 2009 to 2015, our goal of only constructing buildings with an ‘A’ rated energy efficiency rating was achieved, and in 2015, we designed and built a facility in Poole which achieved an ‘A+’ rating.

We are proud to say that this was only one of two ‘A+’ buildings ever constructed in the Dorset area at that time.

Carbon Neutral Facility

In 2021, we began building a 160,000-square-foot state-of-the-art production facility in Poole.

The building will be carbon neutral, incorporating many renewable technologies, including one of the largest photovoltaic arrays to be put onto a single building in the South of England.

This system will generate the electricity required to heat and light the whole building.

Our Approach

This approach to sustainability gives end users large financial benefits, as well as the knowledge that the environmental impact of their company’s facilities is addressed.
