Do you know of any land available for residential or commercial development? Jade-Aden Services is always on the lookout for available land throughout the South and further afield.

We pride ourselves on our fair offers, which are always in line with current market value. An offer may even be non-conditional to planning permission. Before making any offer, we do evaluate the site for suitability and any covenants prior to making any offers.

We're interested in land of any size or condition

What type of land do we want to acquire?

Jade-Aden Services are known for making offers that will leave you satisfied.

We don’t have any preference to the size of the land we acquire, and the land can be suitable for either commercial or residential development.

Jade-Aden is also interested in acquiring land that already has existing properties on it, which may be listed for redevelopment.
